Well as for what I have read, everyone has there own opinion, some good and some bad. Some say nuclear weapons, some say annihilate all arab nations, others say kick out all foreigners, and yet some say we should just regain ourselves and change our policy. Well we can look at what has happened in the past, learn from the past, and use it for the future. Isn't that history is all about--DO NOT REPEAT IT! That is what I have always learned. I did my time in the Military, the Marine Corps as a matter of fact, and we were taught that at the lowest person, all the way up to highest. Take for instance, the nuclear weapon, look at the time frame that we last used one of those, WWII, who had them other than us? Well, we were the first to have them, use them and win with them. Then Russia was to follow our lead with them. So, who has them now, well with the fall of USSR, anyone with enough money and pull can have one. So, what I am trying to prove with this is, YES, it was and will always be a tragedy, with what happened on 9-11, and YES, we do need to search out the Guilty party or parties and deal with them like they did with us yesterday, but if we use our Nuclear Capabilities on some or all Arab Nations, what do you think that is coming back at us? Yes, most likely a NUCLEAR WEAPON. So instead of moving rubble from a building and quite possibly saving some people, we will have death and destruction by the millions. So then think about how you would feel. You might not feel anything at all, except open burn wounds, teeth and hair falling, and everyithing in you existance gone in a split second. Think about that, does anybody want that. I certainly don't and I know that people are upset and want resolution. In given time you will have it. In a sane way, you will have it. We do not have a madman/men running this country, so why should you be?

I am ashamed to call myself American if it means being counted with you. Read the post above yours, you CAN NOT seperate a person by race or relegion, only by actions. You are asking us to do that which is in and of itself an act of terror, a "Hate Crime."

One of my best friends in the world is a Hindi, and at glance many would think him a Arab. His family owns a chain of hotels, are you asking us to put him out of bussiness, and kill America by killing the American way. He is proud to be in this country, and would take arms if allowed. He is Budist, is that now wrong too. Does America mean freedom to more than just myself and those who have agreeded with my previous statement.

Let us judge by actions, nothing else. If my friend was to break the law he would be arrested. But he does not, and should not be punished for not being a "natural" American. The only tru "natural" Americans are the Native Americans (as in 100% proof of heritage). ALL of the rest of us are immigrants.

The actions you describe are beyond the upmost form of un-American, they are identical to those of the terriorst who commited these crimes. They too judged on a nationality. Remember that, we as true Americans may want revenge, but let it be just and true, not an act of terrrism.

"Remember the past, for those who fail to remember history are doomed to repeat it." We have made our mistakes lets us now learn from them.

I was born and raised in New York City.What has happenned here and at the Pentagon is beyond understanding.As an American iam outraged beyond words.As a New Yorker i feel a saddest that I cannot describe in any other way then to say that i feel as if each and one of the people who l ost their lives yesterday in this horrific act of cowardice, was a friend,a family memenber,a loved one.New York City is not just my birth city,its who iam and what iam.We are all sadden and suffer for those who lost loved ones yesterday as a whole.But as a New Yorker the horror and the pain goes beyond anything I have ever felt.So many innocent people.So many children,mothers,fathers ,brothers and sisters lost loved ones.
But we are a strong Nation and a strong City and we will not allow the acts of cowards who kill innocent people to destroy us!We will survive and we will be stronger then before.We are angry!And we will punish those responsible.Let this be a warning.America will fight back!The wrath of Americans is not something to fool with.
