Hi from Pennsylvania. I want to say that my heart goes out to everyone in the towers, pentagon and planes that lost their lives to such a horrible tragedy and all the brave people trying to save them. Also to all the family's that lost a loved one and all the people that survived this. I can't express my sympathy enough. It is just so hard to believe that this happened!!! I still can't believe it!
