I would just like to take this time to say, my thoughts and my prayers go out to all of the victims and their families during this terrible act of terrorism. I would also like to say, my thoughts and prayers go out to all of the people who are there helping out any way possible. The police, paramedics, civilians, all the military involved, the firemen, everyone plays a part, in my eyes, they are true hero's.
With sincere love and prayers to each and every one.
Veterans Call To Action
I know my children will hold tradition and proudly serve when and if their time comes, and I believe it will come sooner than later. But I'd like our lawmakers and our armed services to consider the thousands upon thousands of us able-bodied veterans. I believe we went to war yesterday, not because we wanted to, but because the acts were so inhumane as to leave us no other choice. When the time comes, I would ask that this great land turn to her veterans in support of the offensive activities that are certain to come. I would urge all veterans who read this message to call your local recruiter and ask them, politely, to start a veteran volunteer list for possible later use. Many of us are no longer on the reserve call-out list, and they don't know where to find us....let's let them know. Use the phone/e-mail and alert other vets to do the same. God Bless....
