The survivors in the basement need air and water. A shot-hole drill on an airtrack could easily set up on the debris and put several holes into the basement through the debris in order to pipe water and fresh air to the survivors. This should be done as soon as possible. A good shot hole driller is used to setting up on the sides of mountains on sliprock, which is much like the debris.

i am a college student from austin, tx. i am too young to remember the bombing of the world trade center in the early 90's, but i know that i will never forget this horrible act of cowardness and violence. my heart, thoughts, and prayers go out, along with everyone else's, to ALL of america, not just those directly involved. we have all been affected by this, and we will all get through it together. that is what america stands for and no act of 'terror' can waver that for us. have faith and we can get through anything.
