I live 45 minutes from Manchester Airport. I understand that airport hotels are putting up their prices and would like to offer anybody stranded free accommodation for as long as is needed. We have enough room for about 9 people.

I would like to express my sincere condolence and sympathy to all all people who lost a loved one at WTC, Washington and Pennsylvania.
It's hard to express my sadness...
As working for a bank, you are in contact with a lot of colleagues who know a person, who worked at the WTC.
As I looked this morning on a list of employees of an investment banking firm at the WTC to see whether both analysts I've been in contact with are ok, I found out that one is safety confirmed and the other unconfirmed, it has been difficult to go on working.
At 10 am this morning all people at the bank and all over Germany remained silened in honor of all the victims and their families.
We are with you and think of you!
God bless you all.
