The U.S.A. always were on the side of freedom and will always be.

It would be time NATO (including France) and other countries that agreed to retaliate (Russia, China, etc.) gather to eradicate terrorism.

America cannot continue to be the only firewall for worldwide freedom.

It would be an opportunity to set up what I would call an "international Sheriff's office" to keep the bad guys off the path.

As a citizen of France, with about 10% of our population from Arabic origins and a previous experience here of terror acts (1995 was a terrible year), I can imagine the distress you feel in front of these filthy acts.
Nevertheless, most people from Arabic origins behave here, and I have very nice colleagues in this minority.

And still, as I previously mentionned on the forum, though I thought I was against death penalty, I think the allied nations must go for it while they all feel the same.

I want someone to pay for this. The pain of it all is unconceivable. Whether the people of the United States support our militaristic acts of self defense are supporting in 70, 80, or even 90 percent, it's still a majority. The worse feeling of the past few days is not knowing where your friends are. Hope is getting low now... I'm sorry I just can't find anything else to say.

First off, much like everyone else I would like to express my sincere condolences to all of those affected by these attrocities.

I am a Canadian who lived in the US for many years.

These comments are personal feelings and are not meant to be offensive or harmful in any way shape or form.

If anybody takes offense or disagrees please feel free to comment, as your opinion is as important as mine.

3 points I would like to make are the following.

1. As the US government is obtaining allies and alliances..... so is the enemy.

2. If you were a bully and wanted to make a statement with a certain individual would you look towards the smaller, weaker brother. ie (CANADA)

3. In respect to the celebrating of the Palestinians and other people, although a disgusting display. Ask yourself how the allies reacted after the bombing of Nagasaki and Hiroshima. We had the same hate for the enemy as they have for Americans.
