Our prayers and thoughts go out to all who suffered such a tremendous loss in their families and friendships on Tuesday. Your loss is our loss too. Please remember that God is with you. Try to give Him the burdens and sorrow. Let Him take it off of your shoulders so you can honor your loved ones and mourn them. America stands resolved to remain free. with love from the Barcels in California.

I would like to give a special prayer for those families who lost their loved ones
during the terrible crash that hit the two World Trade Center buildings, and the
Pentagon in the United States on this past Tuesday, September 11th. I myself had a
cousin that worked at the Trade Center, but she wasn’t there when the building
collapsed. My family is grateful that she made it out of the building, but we still mourn
for the people who didn’t make it, and the people that are still trapped under the
collapsed building. Tonight, if you still have the chance, please go out, and light a
candle with your family showing respect for our country, and the people that are no
longer here with us. Well, here is my prayer....

God, I pray that you help these people do the best they can to help get the people
that are trapped out without getting hurt, and I pray that you watch over the families
that lost their loved ones. I pray that you help these families find their loved ones that
never came home. God, I pray that you will please stop these people from hurting us,
because it doesn’t lead to anything but tragedy and pain. Amen......

All the families out there, you have my deepest sympathy and God Bless
America, because now we have to stick together. Please e-mail me and tell me what
you feel as soon as you can, because I am very interested in what I can do to help out
even though I am only 14 years old. ...Dominique 14
East Orange, New Jersey

(Please e-mail me, and send pictures of your loved ones, and my family will support
you, and try to help the searchers find them.) destiny13_forever@hotmail.com

Never Saw It Coming

Business as usual carefree and hard at it
Sitting down in a daze sipping coffee
Reflecting upon the photos we have of our loved ones.
We miss them when we leave each day and we want them
by us every where we go.
The sun is shining what a beautiful day.
My God what has happened?
So many loved ones taken away
So many unanswered questions
So many whys that will linger in all our hearts
What can we do but bow our heads
What can we do but say thank you to those giving
themselves to help find anyone else alive.
No one saw it coming
No one will ever be the same
As many many tears fall for everyone lost
As many many things will change
As Americans and countries around us
We value life we value words we value a smile
Say a prayer we will unite and as one
Show why we value so much in a land of free
Land of heroes, saviours and a land of love
We never saw it coming
We will show the fallin looking down from heaven
They are not forgotten and will have peace
When all is said and done
Let all our prayers be answered
For this is America, We treasure everything
We will not fight alone we will give back
Give back everything ones ever wanted to know
We have learned we will adapt and seize the day
To make this Country and all those with us safer,
better and know of love we have and always will for
our fellow man and woman.

First of all, my heartfelt prayers go out to all of the victims and their friends and families involved in this unspeakably horrific tragedy. And secondly, I would like to take a different approach and address this to those responsible in this uncalled for act of violence.

To Whomever is Responible,
As a living and breathing human being, I am having alot of trouble understanding how anyone with any kind of a heart at all could do this to another living and breathing human being (regardless of what race, gender, nationality, religious belief, etc.) and my questions to those responsible are 'How AND Why?'
The amount of casualties that you have claimed far surpasses that of any one country or nation in the history of the world and I am wondering why it is that no one group or organization is coming forward to claim responsibility for this. We all know who it was that gave the orders and supplied the necessary funding for this, by now, but I don't understand how anyone could take part in a type of suicidal ritual that includes taking part in a plan that would cause a person to meet Allah or whomever you pray to.
All this plan has succeeded in doing was creating the loss of lives (unnecessarily), knocking down or damaging a couple of national monuments and buildings and focusing the entire world's attention on a plan for retaliation against you (which, again, will result in even more casualties from both sides.)
This act of terror comes from a society, which, to me, was planned out over the course of time and great lengths, but the one thing it lacks the most is the consequences of these actions. The Middle East might, in itself, be a great nation in size to you and your people, but if you look at it in size of which country is going to come out on top by way of size and support, can you honestly say that you have a chance in Hell to win against the united forces that are mounting against you?
Many families have been affected by this terrible act and they are not just American citizens...they are from England, Japan, Germany, China and many other parts of the world. Do you not think that these countries will take action against you in one form or another or that they are just going to stand by and accept this attrocity?
Putting aside that I am a PROUD AMERICAN CITIZEN, I, personally, would like to see some type of action or sanction to be placed on your country WITHOUT risking the lives of anymore human beings, but I know that this will never happen as long as there is violence and terrorism in the world.
One thing that you can never take away from me or my people are the memories of those that were lost, our sense of unity and caring as a whole and the fact that we are all HUMANS!

Some People on this board do not understand of the help that the US has given other countries. We have brutally attacked by a group that has hit us before. Do you want us to just lay around and wait until it happens again? Maybe next time it will be 10 times worse. Maybe you are someone in your family will be killed. Is this what you want when you say we should not go to war and make the people pay for what they have done. Yes, some innocent will die, just the same as here. The US will attempt to leave that to a minimum. But what do you want when so much points directly to one person and the country will not turn him over. Something needs to be done.

In reading the comments that were placed on this message board here, I can not believe the amount of disrespect some of you have shown in light of this horrific tragedy. Many of you have posted alot of gibberish in regards to things that were not even related to this topic and I would really appreciate it if you would find another message board to post on and leave this one for those who really want to share their true feelings about the situation.

Many of you are saying, 'Hey! You don't own this website or message board, etc., but the given topic has a purpose here and all your talk about things that are impertinent to the given topic are really not suppose to be posted here and I don't think that those of us who are trying to post messages on a more serious note that are, in fact, related to this topic, really want to hear that type of nonsense.

I am not trying to be mean, point fingers or single out anyone in particular, but LET'S STICK TO THE GIVEN TOPIC, PLEASE!

With the horrible events of Tuesday, September 11,
2001, I am reminded of my favorite quotation.

"Nothing in the world is more dangerous than sincere ignorance and conscientious stupidity."

The world must heed these words of Martin Luther King. They are the foundation of most of the wars and fighting among the people of this globe. It is time for peace.
