I know that is a major tragedy and I'm truly sorry
for all those involved. The rest of this is
mostly in regaurds to the message from "GMAN"
about his belief about the shooting and God and I
just wanted to tell all of you that I agree
on most of what he says. The only thing is that
he seems to be judgemental on girls who want to
wait to have sex or her beliefs or whatever, which
probably means he is judgemental on all people.
So what if she felt that way or anyone else feels
any other way... it doesn't affect you or hurt you
and it's none of anyone's god damn business... ya
know? Anyway... I think more and more people are
beginning to be more open-minded about this God
thing and realizing that we are all out here alone
in this world... there's no god. Believing in
a higher power (like a God) is just
a means to make someone feel better - not alone -
and it also shows ignorance. Remember when the
indians could not explain why the sun rose
everyday-they said it was the sun God, etc, etc.
Same damn principle. But regaurdless of what
anyone believes, we are all out here trying to
survive. So maybe instead of hurting each other
and making it even harder than it already is... we
can help each other and look out for each other.
I think guns should be illegal and I sware if this
country doesn't start doing something about all
this mess and all the other messes out there...
I'm leaving for Costa Rica where they offer free
medical and dental and help each other and don't
believe in violence. They don't even have an
army. It's like John's song:
Imagine
"Imagine if there were no countries...
Imagine if there were no religion...
Imagine if there were no possessions...
Nothing to fight or die for...
Imagine if all the people...
Were living for today..."

Firstly, my condolences to those who have lost their loved one(s). Then I would like to express my concern to the ease of purchasing and owning guns. God help America.

I live in England, and even the Police do generally not carry guns. Much less violence, so it appears.

Seemed silly at first, but when looking at US statistics, a well thought-off move.

Together we can change things. Old dogs CAN learn new tricks... Just takes effort.

Can we deliver?!

Best regards, Clem

My heart goes out to all of those that even know about this sad situation. Losing a friend or family is hard and Being there is even harder. Every student that has been through that is very strong. Looking to God helps. I wish i could shake your hands. It is scary thinking you or a friend could die. It is hard not knowing when you will die. Keep your heads up and look to God. I do. He is a good friend to have. And one more thing, never leave your family. They will always be there for you.

Although my dearest sympathies extend to the relatives and friends of the victims in the Columbine aftermath, I would like to say that this IS NOT the worst massacre in a schools history. In michigan in 1927, 45 people were killed when an insane man set off over 1000 pounds of dynamite. The media has made the Columbine killings a huge issue for their own profit. I can no more condone Kleboid's and Harris's actions then I can that of the media. How the media and the killers both acted in the case of the Columbine killings sickens me to my stomach.

I am currently working on my dissertation, the subject is the effects of controversial music upon society. I would greatly appreciate any views on this subject, particularly on Marilyn Manson and their alleged involvement with the Colombine shootings. My e-mail address is starlover_souvenir@hotmail.com Thankyou.

I am not from the U.S, and it has been about a year since the shooting, but i remember when it happend, and it makes me so sad.
like alot of people in the world, i'm a minority and it makes me so scared, that some people can actually do these things. It hurts me to see the pain of the girl, that has to see her friend in her death bed, or the mother that hears that some maniac shot her son, and she wont be able to talk to him ever again.
I don't get how this maniac can stand there and see teenagers bleeding to death. i just can't.
and in the end, i think that we enough problems with out all these hate crimes. what these people need to understand is that- WE ARE ALL BROTHERS.
