It's time to stop the killing. What is UN waiting for? Does it not see anything? It must act to bring peace and freedom to the country. Between 1975-79 it watched more than a million Cambodians perish under Khmer Rouge regime. Did it not learn anything from that? It is also time for the Free World to be united and push the UN to step into East Timor to save human lives.
