We have known this all along but never admitted it to ourselves. Governments are as good as the people that make up them, just like any other organization. Yes government is a necessity but so is food. Yet do we eat stale, rotten or bad food? Why don't we then ask for a good government? Why do we vote for incapacitated officials and fake leaders. And we do that while people work and do "business @ the speed of thought." (Bill Gates). Our so-called leaders, who happen to be in their mid 70s, can't even "think" @ the speed of thought, let alone put it to work. It is time that young people who think and act in today's terms take the banner and run. Otherwise we will miss the future world with 70 year old leaders.

We are still searching for information on Philip Fedorchak, an American working for Gibbs & Cox in Turkey. He has not been heard from since the earthquake and was known to be in Golcuk with his wife, a Taiwan woman named Hsaio-Mi both in their 40's. We know his apartment overlooked the Sea of Marmara. He his about 5'11 dark hair and mustache slim build. She is about 5'2, long dark hair, also slim. Any bit of information will be appreciated. Thank you.

I am looking for information concerning Zuhal Kaymak and her family. Their address is Merkez Mahallese, Belidye Cadessi, Altinasogulari Apt. No:6110 34840 Avcilar, Istanbul. My wife and I befriended her on a trip to Istanbul a few years ago, and we are very concerned as there has been a great deal of destruction in Avcilar. We have been unable to get through on the phone and would appreciate any information about Zuhal and her family. James Murphy
