It is not time to sue, Maja. It is time to defend. The #1 fun activity in Yugoslavia, particularly in Belgrade is cheering. But, not cheering for a football/soccer club, then for the Anti-Aircraft Defense (PVO) as it shoots at NATO planes and cruise missiles. Hundreds of people go into parks and cheer, the same as in a soccer match. The PVO personnel are the true Yugoslav heroes - now bigger than any soccer or even basketball star (Yugoslavia is a multiple World and Olympic basketball champion).

As of two days ago the Yugoslav official tally is 46 NATO planes, 6 helicopters and 140 cruise missiles. (about 8% of aircraft and about 10% of cruise missiles). Nobody has to believe in this, it is up to you. I have at least three eye-witness accounts from my personal friends in Yugoslavia, of NATO planes shot down and pilots ejecting and parachuting to the ground. They are lucky if the Yugoslav Army gets to them first. If people do, there is not much left to bury. The US rescue does not operate any more, since two rescue helicopters were shot down three weeks ago.

NATO dummies are very angry. So, they are increasingly targeting civilian targets (trains, hospitals, schools, residential blocks).

"We are winning, NATO is loosing, and they know it", to paraphrase stupid words of one little - would be big man of NATO.

I know it's the time to defend. But suing is a part of defending. The sooner American people realize that not only are they paying for the bombs that destroy, they will be paying for everything those bombs destroy. More law suits, the sonner that will hit home. Believe me, every little thing helps. And why not? America is not in war, therefor every casulty is a victim of murder and every destroyed property owner is liable for damage. Let's be real, if this is not a war, then we have civil liability. And liable is the one who is the owner of the plane. In most cases, American goverment. Sue!!!
