Personal Preliminary Remarks:

This text I am giving to a Catholic priest, who is a member of the Order for Peace [Ordensleute für den Frieden] here in Germany. I am doing so while
maintaining confessional confidentiality, and divulging no information as to my identity. He will transmit this text on my behalf to those who need to know
the truth.

I hold a high-security post in the government apparatus in Bonn and for reasons of conscience can no longer remain silent. The facts that I am about to
divulge are, for the better informed, examinable and verifiable.

Both the entire NATO propaganda staff as well as the Infernal Trio, Schroeder, Scharping and Fischer, here in Germany are unabashedly lying to the
public with nearly every "fact" they present about the Balkans War, while a willing media pack is keenly spreading these lies, unverified, as gospel truth.


About the current situation:

The Federal Government knows the true reasons why the people are fleeing and is cynically playing with the calculated misery of the refugees in the
border regions of Kosovo, in order to maintain an image comparable to WWII deportations and "ethnic cleansing".

Neither the military intelligence arm of the Bundeswehr nor that of the NATO have at their disposal photographic evidence, intelligence knowledge,
indications and proof leading to the conclusion that there is systematic expulsion or deportation of refugees by the Yugoslav special forces, army or
police.

According to internal acknowledgement of the defense ministry the reasons for flight are more or less equally distributed:

(1) Excess on the part of Yugoslav soldiers and police force, often triggered in part by KLA attacks carried out under cover of Kosovo-Albanian civilians.
Information is on hand that Yugoslav soldiers caught looting are summarily court martialed;

(2) The results of the NATO bombing, such as the lack of potable water in nearly all cities of Kosovo and general devastation;

(3)Understandable fear of getting caught in the crossfire between the KLA, the Yugoslav military, and NATO attacks;

(4) Constant spreading of panic and horror stories in the broadcats of dozens od small KLA, NATO or Albanian shortwave radio stations located in the
mountains, alongside the propaganda broadcasts of the KLA over Radio Tirana;

(5) Pillaging bands of the Albanian mafia, who with their weapons stolen during the Albanian civil war, extort money, search abandoned houses for
anything of value and then burn the houses down to create political effect; (6) KLA irregular troops, who have declared a "general mobilization" and are
forcing every available man into their military service. Those objecting are submitted to grave physical abuse and released only upon paying a ransom,
and having sworn under threat of vendetta, not to tell the truth but to tell family and the media that they had been mishandled by Serbs.

(7) The announcement by the KLA that NATO will inevitably have to carry out a ground attack and that this attack is imminent Some sectors of NATO
welcome the mass exodus of refugees.

The military in Germany favorably greeted the Pentagon's April 5, [1999] commentary, to the effect that when all had fled, Kosovo could be carpet
bombed with no restraint."

The German government knows that there are no concentration camps, that no houses where marked with "S" by Serbs. This, as well as the news that
people are not being detained in a stadium in Pristina, was reported by representatives of the catholic church in Pristina in a direct telephone
conversation with employees of the German government. Still Scharping is spreading these lies.

The German government is also aware that on the borders American and European private media are offering up to US $200,000 for video footage of
massacres - real or posed.

NATO and the German army are logistically supporting the KLA. Food, uniforms and instructors are furnished mainly by the Bundeswehr as well as the
USA. All KLA commanders are in constant radio contact with NATO.

NATO ground forces are already operating doing reconnaissance inside Kosovo. They are German and US units whose task is to detect and give the
coordinates of ground targets. Furthermore NATO officers are functioning as liaison commandos for the KLA. The contacts that were necessary for this
mission were established by US and German officers, in violation of their mission as OSCE observers, preceding NATO-attacks. Here the German
parliament is being as much taken for a fool as the general public.

With the deployment of German Tornado aircraft our Defense Minister has chosen to premeditatedly violate the Geneva Convention and other
international laws of warfare. This applies to the targeting and destruction of the military hospital in Belgrade as well as the attacks carried out against the
Danube bridges and among other things, the disturbance/interruption of the continuation of international traffic on the Danube between Regensburg and
the Black Sea, which also Germany as a bordering state to the Danube has guaranteed under international law to protect.

The Chancellor and Foreign Minister knew from the outset that no Yugoslav government could ever sign the occupation statute, as it appeared in articles
6, 8 and 10 of Annex B of the Rambouillet Treaty. Both understood clearly that this would mean the end of Yugoslavia as a sovereign state. War was
therefore inevitable. Experts of the Justice Ministry poked fun at these passages, these clauses NATO would give NATO the rights of a medieval robber
knight throughout the whole of Yugoslavia. Furthermore, according to Filippo di Robilant, the Italian legal advisor at Rambouillet, for Rugova, the moderate
Kosovo-Albanian, that Rugova only signed after he was given assurance by Robin Cook, that NATO would attack exclusively military targets and that
measures would be taken to safeguard the civilian population in the whole of Yugoslavia.

Code name "Roots"- a covert action by the CIA prepared the war the objective is the destruction of Yugoslavia though loss of Kosovo, Montenegro and
the Vojvodina.

Under the "Roots" operations, the USA has since the beginning of the first term of Clinton's Administration, been working - in close collaboration with
Germany - on this covert action of the CIA and the DIA, and supported by the German secret service. The objective of "Roots" is the military and ethnic
destabilization of Yugoslavia, the last bastion of resistance in the Balkans.

The objective of "Roots'" is the dissociation of Kosovo as the principal source of raw materials for Yugoslavia though a comprehensive autonomy, by
Albanian annexation or total independence; the secession of Montenegro, its the only remaining access to the Adriatic and the dislocation of Vojvodina the
"bread basket" and another source of raw materials for Yugoslavia leading to the total collapse of Yugoslavia as a viable, industrial state.

Behind this action is Germany's and the USA's fear that Yugoslavia will ally itself with Russia and other former Soviet states once Yeltsin is replaced by
communist and nationalist forces in the near future. [ ... ]


The Nato Secretary - General frequently states that the latest objective of the Nato campaign, is to defend values. Do we remember the state of values of
a previous Nato Secretary - General (Willy Claes)? Wasn't there some corruption involved?

Yes, he had to resign over an affair which became known as the "Agusta-Dassault" case. Police investigating the killing of the Belgian socialist leader
Andri Cools who was shot on 18th July 1991, did find a conn ection between the murder of Cools and a previously signed deal regarding 46 military
helicopters. Involved in this deal were Willy Claes, NATO secretary, 2 Belgian ministers: Guy Spitaels and Guy Cokme and a private company director
Serge Dassault On 23rd December the highest Belgian Court for appeals confirmed the previous verdicts and sentences:

3 years prison with probation for NATO secretary Willy Claes, 1000 GBP fine and loss of all civil rights for 5 years 2 years prison with probation for Guy
Spitaels, 1000 GBP fine and loss of all civil rights for 5 years
2 years prison with probation for Guy Cokme, 1000 GBP fine and loss of all civil rights for a 5 years
On 8th March 1995, General Jacques Lefhbvre - also involved in the corruption case - shot himself
Cools was probably murdered by a professional killer because he found out about the corruption and wanted to make it public

So former NATO secretary Willy Claes is a convicted criminal..... So much for NATO's inherent morality.

you are absolutely right about the fact that it would be a pretty crappy world for us Non-Arians, if Hitler had his way(to say the least). But I think that you are letting the Western Propaganda....I mean, Western Media....get to you. If one makes a careful and unbiased comparative study of Adolf Hitler and Slobodan Milosevic; it becomes quite apparent that there is no comparison between Milosevic's (often) brutal crackdown on the KLA terrorists WITHIN HIS OWN COUNTRY--and Hitler's various aggressions on OTHER COUNTRIES.

Hey, I'll be the first to admit that Milosevic isn't an Angel here. But he IS NOT ANOTHER HITLER!

It makes me very sad and very concerned for the future of our planet when the US lead western media can control people's thoughts and (more importantly) their feelings on various issues. It is completely natural for the media to generally support the government's actions; and the viewers only get a one-sided view, on a multiple-sided situation. But the world is not so Black and White!

Fortunately for us, there are other information outlets available, other than CNN's report of what NATO claims as fact, for example.

Sorry i can't give you a big answer right now, but i will answer all.

I just wanted to tell you that in my case there is not much going on propaganda wise.I don't watch CNN and even i hardly watch TV.
Either i get stuff from the net from all sides from Radio Liberty either i have contact with People in Sarajevo, either speak to my croation ladyfriend and her family(most of it lives in Serbia.
So im on top of it all.

I would like to hear your view on things. I too have close contacts with people from Sarajevo; though sadly many of them are here in the US now as refugees thanks to the war and the partitioning of Bosnia. My Great Aunt is still in Vojvodina, along with other friends of the family.

The US/NATO War in Yugoslavia:Eight Myths

Myth #1. U.S./NATO had to attack "the Serbs" because the Yugoslav government and President Slobodan Milosevic
refused to negotiate on Kosovo, a region of Yugoslavia where ethnic Albanians are the majority.

Reality: U.S./NATO bombs are falling on all Yugoslavs: Serbs, Montenegrins, Albanians, Hungarians, Romanis (called
Gypsies) and other peoples who make up the multiethnic Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. There were no "negotiations." U.S.
officials like Secretary of State Madeleine Albright went out of their way to make this point when "peace talks" were held in
France in February. Instead, the U.S. government presented an ultimatum to the Yugoslav government that had three points:

1)Kosovo must be granted autonomy;

2) NATO must be allowed to station 30,000 ground troops in Yugoslavia to ensure this autonomy; and

3) A NATO-conducted referendum for Kosovo’s independence from Yugoslavia would take place within three years.

The Yugoslav government agreed to the first condition, and rejected the second and third, saying they were a gross violation of
their sovereignty and the independence of their country. The one breaking point that Yugoslavia refused to negotiate is that they
will not allow a foreign occupying army. The only constant U.S. demand was that NATO troops must be based in Yugoslav
territory. The U.S. refused to allow the Yugoslav delegation to meet with the Albanian delegation, or even to see 56 pages of
the 80-page agreement.



Myth #2. Yugoslavia is the aggressor in this conflict and Milosevic is a "new Hitler."

Reality: No Yugoslav soldiers, planes or ships are attacking another country. The conflict in Kosovo is an internal issue.
Yugoslavia is a small developing country of 11 million people, being attacked by 19 countries, including the biggest military
powers in the world, which have a combined population of more than half a billion people. Milosevic has been demonized much
like Saddam Hussein was during the war against Iraq. A State Department official admitted: "The demonization of Milosevic is
necessary to maintain the air attacks." (San Francisco Chronicle, March 30, 1999)



Myth #3. Clinton, Albright and the Pentagon generals were moved to action by their concerns about "ethnic cleansing"
and human suffering.

Reality: The U.S., Germany and other NATO powers played a key role in breaking up Yugoslavia in 1991-92, arming and
supporting secessionist movements. It was the International Monetary Fund that demanded an end to "special privileges" for
Kosovo in the 1980s. For 45 years after World War II, the many nationalities that made up Yugoslavia lived together in peace.
In the civil wars, which followed the break-up of Yugoslavia, there was much bloodshed and human-rights violations on all
sides. The biggest single act of "ethnic cleansing" was the forced removal of 600,000 Serbs from the Krajina region of the
former Yugoslav Republic Croatia by the U.S.-trained and armed Croatian military in 1995. More than 55,000 of these Serbs,
who were resettled in Kosovo, are among the hundreds of thousands of people made refugees by NATO bombing and the
conflict in Kosovo. (Julia Taft, Asst. Secretary of State on C-SPAN, March 29, 1999) The U.S. "concern" about removal of
people from their homeland is very selective. This is not surprising: Virtually the entire continent of North America was
"ethnically cleansed" of Native people to make way for the U.S. and Canada, two NATO powers. U.S. policy has supported,
with arms and money, the removal of Kurdish people in Turkey and of Palestinians, East Timorese, Guatemalan indigenous
people—the list goes on.



Myth #4. The U.S./NATO goal is to protect the rights of the predominantly Muslim Albanians in Kosovo.

Reality: U.S. officials pretend to care about the rights of Muslim people in Yugoslavia, while their policy of sanctions and war kills 300 mostly Muslim Iraqis every day—half children under 5 years old.

The Pentagon is not a humanitarian relief agency and the corporate-owned politicians don’t really care about any
people—Albanians, Serbs, Kurds, Iraqis, or the poor and working people of this country. This war is killing people of all
nationalities in Yugoslavia, and poisoning their land with radioactive depleted uranium (DU) weapons. Hundreds of thousands
of Iraqis, U.S. veterans and their families are suffering from Gulf War Syndrome as a result of depleted-uranium poisoning. The
Clinton administration and the Pentagon talk about "supporting our troops" before they go into battle, but then deny medical
benefits to veterans who suffer from the after-effects of Agent Orange from Vietnam or DU from Iraq.

This war will cost many billions of dollars, money stolen from housing, health care, education and other social programs. Each
cruise missile costs $1 million. The only ones who will benefit from this war will be the military-industrial complex and big
business.

The real U.S./NATO goal is to break Yugoslavia into ever-smaller pieces and bomb its people into submission. The Balkans is
a strategic region, a crossroads between Western Europe and the oil-rich Middle East and Caspian Basin. The U.S. has
established, in only five years, military domination of the former Yugoslav republics of Croatia, Bosnia and Macedonia, as well
as Hungary and Albania. The only hold-out has been what is today the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. This is the real reason
why Yugoslavia has become the target in the Balkans, just as it is the real reason that Iraq has become the target in the
Persian/Arabian Gulf region.



Myth #5. U.S. news reports are balanced and impartial, giving us the true story.

Reality: What we see today is a gross distortion of the facts. The media is dominated by big business interests, and functions
as a Pentagon propaganda machine. For political purposes, the suffering of only one group, the refugees leaving Kosovo, is
shown, while the other Yugoslav victims of the NATO bombing are virtually ignored. The New York Times, CNN, ABC,
CBS, NBC, The Chronicle Examiner, and others have given a very slanted view of events in Yugoslavia, to justify the massive
bombing. General Electric, one of the country’s largest military contractors which supplies engines for NATO jet fighters, owns
NBC and co-owns MS/NBC.



Myth #6: The U.S. is trying to defend the rights of the people of Kosovo because they have no rights.

Reality: All minorities in Yugoslavia have much greater rights than national minorities have in the United States or in Europe.
While bilingual education is under attack from California to New York, Albanians in Kosovo have schools and tuition-free
universities in the Albanian language. Medical care is free for all citizens in Yugoslavia. Albanian separatists boycotted the
government school system and health care system. To refuse to use what exists is very different from being denied these rights.

The population information commonly given out is also misleading. For example saying that 90 percent of the population is
Albanian is not accurate. This figure actually includes all non-Serbs in Kosovo—Romanis, Turks, Egyptians, Goramacs (Serb
Muslims from Kosovo) and others. At the Rambouillet talks, the Yugoslav delegation represented not only Serbs, but all of the
nationalities in Kosovo, including two Albanians, while the Albanian separatist delegation consisted only of Albanians. The
religious differences are also exaggerated. While many Albanians are Muslim, 10 percent of the Serb population is also Muslim.
In addition, 25 percent of the Albanian population is Roman Catholic such as Mother Teresa, who was a Kosovo Albanian.



Myth #7: The KLA (Kosovo Liberation Army) is a genuine liberation army.

Reality: The KLA is a terrorist force similar to CIA-funded Contras used by the U.S. in Nicaragua in an effort to overthrow
the government. NATO uses the KLA to justify sending U.S. troops to occupy and further break up Yugoslavia. The KLA did
not exist one year ago. Suddenly, it has the latest high tech weapons.

What kind of liberation struggle calls for the bombing of its own people and for a foreign army of occupation on its soil? This is
the KLA demand. The Society of Albanian American Students released a call for a demonstration on Wednesday, March 31
"organized with the invitation of the U.S. State Department to support NATO strikes, and above all, will focus to pressure for
Ground Troops in Kosova and Arms for KLA." Al Gore addressed the crowd. The signs of KLA supporters at rallies
organized by the U.S. State Department—"NATO Bombing, Just Do It," "KLA is NATO"—express the real relationship
between the KLA and the U.S. government.


Myth #8: The NATO bombing is not the cause of the refugee crisis.

Reality: There were no waves of refugees until the beginning of the NATO bombing on March 24. The U.S. government
used similar scripts of defending civilians and stopping massacres to justify massive bombing campaigns in both the Vietnam and
Iraq wars. Again and again it was the massive bombing that created refugee crises. The London Sunday Times interviewed
refugees and found: "Nor was there much fodder for NATO propagandists among the 200 or so refugees waiting to register at
a Skopje district police station early on Friday [March 26]. Mirvei, a tall Albanian woman clutching her four-month-old baby,
looked bewildered when asked if Serbian troops had driven her out. ‘There were no Serbs,’ she said. ‘We were frightened of
the bombs.’"

Let me ask you this :

WHERE IS THE SERB EXODUS ?
Where is the MASS of SERBIANS fleeing NATO bombs?
The bombs are not limited to Kosovo.
Belgrade has had a great deal of it,
but do you see the SERB EXODUS ANYWHERE ?

Tell you why.
Serbs are not being DEPORTED and MASS EXECUTED / RAPED.
The refugees are people fleeing GENOCIDE.

You quote ONE PERSON who says she is frightened by the bomb.
How about the remaining 999,999 people ?

I don't know you, that's why I can't say I'm surprised at what you said about the bombing of the chinese embassy.

Would it bother you much if I ask you to re-consider what you said. And you said the Chinese are to blame themselves, for they knew they lived in Belgrade. And the city was under attack.

Now, aren't there too many people and peoples to blame for what Clinton is now doing? Bombing China would be an assault on China. But bombing Chinese embassy is an assault on democracy and civilization. It's spitting in the face of the world. Too bad you don't think so.

It's very important, whether the attack was a planned sortie or a USUAL nato mistake.

If it was, we are never going to find about it.

1. It was a "misguided" guided missile.
2. It was the Serbs, who intercepted the missile and used a slingshot to guide it on the embassy.
3. The embassy had been a military storehouse (have they seen the building?) and it was outdated intelligence.
4. Look up any other variant in science fiction books.
