An Albanian "refugee" has raped a female translator in one of the transfer refugee camps in Sydney, Australia. The famele raped had dropped all the charges under the pressure of the Australian government.

Further, Tasmanian shopkeepers are getting ready for a bout of shoplifting because 4,000 Albanian "refugees" are ariving in Tasmania. The problem is that the "refugees" have a special extraterritorial status - they do not fall under the jurisdiction of the Australian law - they cannot be tried in Australia for crimes perpetrated in Australia.

alliance has declared war on the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. Not a
single United Nations organization has issued a resolution to attack

FRY. That means that the Balkans - based on your definitions and on
universal legal norms - are currently at peace, not at war. That means
that the forces you command are carrying out great crimes and acts of
terrorism against the whole Yugoslav population. Your administration
continues to emphasize that war is not being waged against Yugoslavia
and against the Serbian people. They say that you are intervening to
prevent a "humanitarian catastrophe". Through a campaign of terror
waged from the air, by striking against apartment blocks in densely
populated cities, factories, heating facilities, bridges, roads and
railways, civilian trains and convoys, hotels and resorts, schools,
hospitals and maternity wards, oil refineries and chemical industrial
complexes

YOU HAVE CREATED A HUMANITARIAN CATASTROPHE.
YOU HAVE KILLED AND CONTINUE TO KILL MANY INNOCENT

song, through sports, through all activities which continue to show

campaign of terror in the heart of Europe is growing. You must know
that the evil people who command this action will be held accountable

Let the politicians resolve political problems by political means; and
