I don't think Nato has the money to rebuild all that it has destroyed in the world. It is merely an outdated war machine that is still trying to find excuses for its own existence, and if it doesnt try to help the country that it was so mercilessly maiming, then it just goes to proove on how easily freedom killers like the U.S., are able to stand behind hypocritical rhetoric and make the world a worse place.

Should the West help rebuild Yugoslavia?

At least, not through Development Aid (free money). NO!
The Public Sector should stay out of this,
and leave it to free capitalist enterprises.
We can go in and colonize,
exploit and basically make
all their Marxist fears
come true.
And when they finally experience
the fruits of free enterprise,
the opportunities of capitalism,
they will prosper and enjoy it so much
that they will finally break away
from the misguided principles that has
guided their destiny to the location
where it is today.
Its about time they joined the rest of the world.

The "west" should pay war reparations and beg Yugoslavia's forgiveness. With the $60+ billion, Yugoslavia can re-build itself and not entangle itself with duplicitous western aid organizations.

Including: poverty, disease, illiteracy, violence, unemployment, lack of water and sanitation, and all the other miseries of the lesser developed capitalist client states like those in Latin America; OR the greed, arrogance, egoism, stress, gun violence, drug addiction, child abuse, degenerate materialism, self-centered individualism of the so-called advanced capitalist states.

Isn't that what happened in the early '90s when the SFRY decided to pull back from the demands of the IMF (among others) after getting a taste of the economic damage resulting from "western" dictated reforms - immediately thereafter the west instituted economic sanctions to further damage the country's economy, resulting in social instability and providing the US and Germany with the opportunity to stir up ethnic rivalries and set the course for dismantling the country.
What was once a successful, developed, prosperous, multi-ethnic, multi-religious, socialist federation is now a collection of ethnically cleansed, ruined, impoverished, psuedo-capitalist, client-protectorate states - weakened and isolated, just what the vultures of the west wanted!!

They ,I mean NATO fascists dont have to rebuild that they have destroyed .The only thing they should do is to leave Yugoslavs alone. They never bothered anyone,asked for something what is not their,what is not case with Albanian immigrants in Yugo and NATO bandits.If NATo governments are so proud of doing right things where they are now in Chechenia or Dagestan.Why they dont oppose Russian "business".Or they dont have guts?

I may live in a NATO country now, but one thing i know and i agree on is your piece about helping.
On one hand i think they have the obligation to repair what is destroyed, buit i also know that it means loans that have to be payed back and therefore i think its best to rebuild ourselves although im affraid they won't let us yugo's much choice.
Just like i disagree that there still around in Bosnia its time also Bosnia stands on its own 2 feet again

JUST LIKE IN VIETNAM! THE U.S. AND NATO WILL ONLY DRAG THIS KOSOVO DELEMA OUT FOR MANY YEARS AND KILL LOT'S MORE PEOPLE INCLUDING AMERICANS AND OTHER PEOPLE OF EUROPE.THE PROBLEM IS THE PRESENTS OF THE U.S. AND NATO.AMERICANS AREN'T SAFE IN THE MIDDLE EAST AND SOON WON;T BE SAFE ANY WHERE ELSE SIMPLE BECAUSE THE U.S. POLITICIANS! AND THEY ONLY CAN'T SEEM TO STAY HOME. THE ARE IN OFFICE TO RUN THE U.S. NOT THE WORLD.I CAN UNDERSTAND WELL WHY BOTH SERBS AND ALBANIANS THROW ROCKS AT THE NATO FORCES. THAT'S BECAUSE THEY ARE BOTH NOT WANTED AND HAVE NO RIGHT TO BE THERE.AMERICA HAS TO MANY PROBLEMS OF IT OWN TO SOLVE BEFORE THEY SHOULD EVEN THINK OF BEING THERE.(YANKEE GO HOME)

Instead of finger pointing and saying who is right and who is wrong, who is the good guys and who are the bad guys, better you all get the show on the road and make yourselves a great country again. Then, I believe you will see the west more anxious to help rebuild your great and once wonderful country.
