Putin wants to negotiate with the rebels!!! how come ? where are the great slogans ? NO NEGOTIATION WITH THE TERRORISTS! RUSSIA WILL CRASH ALL THE REBELES!!!
Uptill now, the military operations did not end in chechneya. We heard alot of statements from military commandors, that operations will end by the end of 1999, then within 1 month, then within 2 months and so on.
Planes, artilary, tanks, rifles and more, but they can not conquer 5000 solider !!!
I think it is clear now, why the love son wants to negotiate with the rebels .

Igor, this story of bio weapons in Korea is a rather old piece of war propaganda. Last time this story surfaced in 1998 - A Korean War charge is exposed as a hoax.
