I apologize for procastinating a reply to your question. I couldn't find the link of the article I wanted you to read. The western-based author just cites Russia as "one of the several countries" supporting Masood by providing "intelligence" and "military personnel". There wasn't any credible evidence of Rssia's "support" or "involvement" in Afghan affairs. I still think, if not military/financially, there is moral support in Russia for Masood due to the negative reputation of the Taliban and a growing fear of the rise of "Islamic fundamentalism".

IPO tracker stock, ehh? You must be pretty well off, dude..I can only dream of IPO's for now. See, I work for a discount brokerage house, which means we don't have huge millionaire clientele, and the requirements for being allocated for IPO's are pretty harsh - first off you MUST have at least $100,000 in your account in order to qualify for paricapation in IPO allocation. After that it is up to your luck - the company does some sort of lottery and certain individuals get allocated for a number of IPO shares..

But, anyways, back to your Q - actually there's no such thing as a IPO tracker stock(to my knowledge) - it is actually a form of a Mutual Fund you're referring to. And it all depends on a fund - some do real good, some don't. So if you give me the name/symbol of the company, I can look it up for you and give ya basic analisys.
