Delenn,
I have no idea who Shea is. Never mind.

If Nato-and-the-NWO wants to extend his power in the "strategic" Balkans, they need to oust milosevic's gov't and its masters (in the sens of the owner of a slave). They don't need absolutely to dismembre Yugoslavia or Serbia.
As Milo's power is conected with geography, they reduce as much as possible his area of influence.
It has nothing to do with "extermination of serbs".
As Gonzo said once, nato's goal was to take control of the region, not to kill a 3 years old child at the market.

Nato _absolutely_ doesn't need:
1/Mafia-KLA stealing the profit-to-take and racketting the business
For example: Mc Donald's -HOO HAH!*- will not make profit if they have to pay very high bribes to the local "politicians" and hire an expensive politicaly&mafia connected "security agency".
(The example seems stupid but I took it for the symbol.)

2/Ethnic conflics, vendetta, riots, stone war, burning houses.
For the same reason as above but also because:
To run with PROFIT the Trepca mines complex (As Igor/Chorny suggested it was the purpose of war) they need the know-how of the serbain engineers and the Kosovian workforce.
To attract INVESTOR ($$$!)there should not be any claim from the Serbian gov't on the PRIVATISED conglomerate on the ground that the serbs in Kosovo are not protected and live in danger.

Police warn of "enclavisation and mafia rule" after Kosovo violence
PRISTINA, Yugoslavia, July 30 (AFP) -

"Gary Carrell, regional commander of the international UN police force in
Gnjilane, southwestern Kosovo, said that following attacks on minorities,
"Albanians have lost their right not to have 'enclavisation'. They have had
their chance."

"If the population were not prepared to assist a democratic police force then the
end result could only be a return to totalitarian government or the triumph of
organised crime, he warned.
"The worst case is that the mafia could control this place. That's the bottom
line," he said."

Fred,
If Nato-and-the-NWO wants to extend his power in the "strategic" Balkans, they need to oust milosevic's gov't and its masters (in the sens of the owner of a slave).
* And in terms provided it is decribed as aggression against a sovereign state for the purpose of a coup d'etat.
What masters? Masters of Croatian, Bosnian and K.-Alb. "slaves"!!?? If You mean that - grow up and read history of the region.
As Milo's power is conected with geography, they reduce as much as possible his area of influence.
* Milo consolidated power in 1987. Mind that and ... grow up and read history.
It has nothing to do with "extermination of serbs".
* Absolutely not. Just driving them out and killing those unwilling to leave.
Nato _absolutely_ doesn't need:
1/Mafia-KLA stealing the profit-to-take and racketting the business

* NATO could've helped Milo (and whole of Europe), but instead it supported them. Bands still exist in Bosnia and nothing is done about it. So, down with this blabber.
To run with PROFIT the Trepca mines complex ...
* Which was run with profit having belonged to the Greek mining consortium. Learn.
Bye.

* And in terms provided it is decribed as aggression against a sovereign state for the purpose of a coup d'etat.

If you want. But it's still not anti-serb and not aiming at dissolving the serbian nation.

* Milo consolidated power in 1987

Milo is constantly consolidating power.

* Absolutely not. Just driving them out and killing those unwilling to leave.

Where did you see Kafor soldiers driving serbs out and killing those unwilling to leave?
No, don't botter yourself in answering. I know what you will tell me: through the Kla and the air attacks. I said kafor soldiers.

* NATO could've helped Milo (and whole of Europe), but instead it supported them.

Because Milo's party, like every socialist party, is a mafia, not better than the albanian mafia.

* Which was run with profit having belonged to the Greek mining consortium.

...in a 2% stake. Don't joke. And these greeks were "very furious" on the Serbian government (I forgot the reason but you will find yourself in the International Crisis Group report.)
__________

Delenn, how many times will you tell me to learn History? Do you feel more intelligent by telling me so?
If yes you are right! (HAAAAa!) because the more I learn the more I can post material that you will learn reading this board.

An unidentified sniper has killed Dalkhan Khozhayev, the nearest aide to Chechen field commander Ruslan Gelayev, in the village of Kulary, spokesman for the combined federal grouping in the North Caucasus Lt. Col. Sergei Artyomov told Interfax on Wednesday.

During the first Chechen war Khozhayev was the commander of a special brigade.

He may have been killed by people of another field commander, Arbi Barayev, with whom Gelayev has been at odds for a long time, the military said.

Prominent ringleaders of Chechen bandit formations Ruslan Gelayev and Arbi Barayev have gone over to an open armed confrontation. This was the comment given in the apparatus of Sergei Yastrzhembsky, aide to the Russian President, on the murder in Chechnya of Dalkhan Khozhayev, one of Gelayev's closest associates.

Dalkhan Khozhayev was killed on Wednesday by a shot fired from a sniper's rifle in the settlement of Kulary. The Chechens believe that Khozhayev was killed by Barayev's men.

If these accusations are true, the murder of one of the Chechen ringleaders is another evidence of the deep contradictions between them, the RIA Novosti correspondent was told in the Presidential aide's apparatus. It was stressed there that the federal forces have nothing to do with the murder.

Fred,
If you want. But it's still not anti-serb and not aiming at dissolving the serbian nation.
* It's not I want - it's the data.
So, You, in fact, tolerate attacks on a sovereign state at will of NATO in violation of the territorial sovereignty clause and think such aggression an admittable means of doing foreign policy. Good. There's no point arguing on any further.
Milo is constantly consolidating power.
* Childish statement. (Any leadership consolidates power around the Globe.)
Where did you see Kafor soldiers driving serbs out and killing those unwilling to leave?
No, don't botter yourself in answering. I know what you will tell me: through the Kla and the air attacks. I said kafor soldiers.

* Don't twist my "words" - it was a general reference to events in Bosnia, Croatia and Kosovo, when "peacekeepers" did nothing to prevent it. KFOR's impotent in preventing it in Kosovo.
Because Milo's party, like every socialist party, is a mafia, not better than the albanian mafia.
* Good, they have all-Europe company.
Delenn, how many times will you tell me to learn History?
* Until You come up with something better than "Serbian "masters" of Bosnian, Croatian and K.-Alb. "slaves"".
Do you feel more intelligent by telling me so?
* No, I feel sorry ... .
... because the more I learn ...
* ... the more "Serbian "masters"" You'll doomed to find.

Russian units have killed nearly 14,000 rebels over the period of a year since the start of the anti-terrorist operation in the North Caucasus on August 2, 1999.

Of that number, federal army units killed 13,500 rebels at the initial stage of the operation, which involved large units and ended on April 14, 2000, while nearly 500 were killed at the special stage of the operation after that date, Col. Gen. Valery Manilov, deputy chief of the General Staff, told Interfax on Wednesday. The federal units were confronted by "a well-manned, armed, equipped and trained terrorist army of about 26,000 men, of who over 5,000 were mercenaries," he said.

"""Dimitri,

Most defenitely, Fred.

"""Delenn, how many times will you tell me to learn History? Do you feel more intelligent by telling me so? """

Fred, If I am not mistaken, I also suggested the same thing. Someone here told me that if 3 people tell you you're drunk, you should go and take a nap. I don't think you understand that Delenn (I believe) is NOT giving you a hidden message that she feels more intelegent. Don't try to read between the lines, Fred, just read THE LINES. Learn history sometimes just means LEARN HISTORY.

"""If you want. But it's still not anti-serb and not aiming at dissolving the serbian nation. """

Fred, read the lines. NATO is not a racist organization in particular, it is just greedy organization. Which means it's not about illiminating the Serbs (unless they have no other choice) but driving them out.

""Milo is constantly consolidating power. """

More rhetorics, courtesy of Fred. Clownada, another words. The only reason he "constantly" gets power is because NATO has helped him a whole a lot.

"""Because Milo's party, like every socialist party, is a mafia, not better than the albanian mafia. """

A little better. From what I know Milo's Party isn't involved into drag trafficing and kidnapping business.

"""If yes you are right! (HAAAAa!) because the more I learn the more I can post material that you will learn reading this board. """

No wonder, you don't understand anything from Baron Glenmorangie..
