The only european country that still dwells (literally) in XIX century is Albania. I am not going to ask what they contributed to the world so far. I know now they are thebiggest "contributors" to drug smuggling/prostitution pimping in west Europe. I was somewhat disgusted when I saw a few of those contributors in the main city square of Luxembourg
with cellphones, who were making dirty comments intended for young women passing by.
