Above all the Russians BROKE THE AGREEMENT that ended the war ‘For the Release all the captured russian solders, russia will provide the monetary help to rebuild the chechenya” by cunningly dodging the agreement Yeltsen made the Maskadove government weak. So it is the russian who created all this mess and challenging the rest of the world wisdom to believe them, how naive.

Russia not only provided monetary help, but also gave Chechnya free electricity and gas. US and other countries also provided monetary help directly to Chechnya. Not to mention millions of dollars that were paid for the hostages and illegal money transfers coming from Islamic organisations.
