All American, to some up , here is the way to respond to Billj ranting posts. "I have read your opinion and it is a good thing the USA helped caused the down fall of communism and the Government of the USSR so you are free to post them today instead of being repressed from expressing your own views." You could also add " hey its the good thing Americans invented the internet so you can express your views and we accept your thanks in advance, HAVE A GOOD DAY"

Chechen Rebels Ambush Russian Train

AP Photo

By LYOMA TURPALOV Associated Press Writer

ALKHAZUROVO, Russia (AP) - In one of their biggest attacks since abandoning the Chechen capital, rebels ambushed a military train in a Russian-controlled region of Chechnya, the Russian Defense Ministry said today.

A ministry spokesman refused to give more details, but Russian news agencies reported that federal forces drove back the militants after hours of fierce fighting. No casualty figures were reported for either side.

The train, which was being used to repair railroad tracks north of the capital, Grozny, was crippled Tuesday near the town of Argun when rebels detonated three remote-controlled mines under its locomotive and opened fire from four directions, the ITAR-Tass news agency said. The attack was reported today.

A second train sent to back up the first was also damaged when the rebels launched rocket-propelled grenades at its engine. The attackers retreated after Russian special forces arrived, according to the Interfax news agency.

The ambush demonstrated once again that bands of well-armed rebels are still able to move around Chechnya in spite of the military's claims to control most of the republic. Federal forces took control of Argun, located nine miles east of Grozny, in December, but rebels managed to retake parts of the town for a few days in early January before again abandoning it.

The train ambush also signaled that the rebels would make good on their threats to wage a wide-ranging guerrilla war on Russian forces after an estimated 3,000 rebels abandoned Grozny last week.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING ARTICLE FROM "CAUCASUS CENTER" CAREFULLY, TRY TO IMAGINE WHAT IS BEING DESCRIBED.

The district capital Shatoy has been the target of an unprecedented bombing-raid: 23 "Scud" and SS 21 rockets were launched and more than 150 bombs of different sizes were dropped on Shatoy. The Russians used napalm, phosphorous bombs, and vacuum bombs. The whole night Shatoy was shelled with "Uragan" and "Smerch" rocket launchers. Due to these attacks about 30 civilians died in Shatoy.

b,
1 year. Possibly less. After this - occasional bombing of civilians in public places and good-old kidnappings. Nothing new. The terror at it's best.

LET'S NOT FORGET THAT AFTER EVERY TERRORIST (I'M SORRY, PARTISAN) ATTACK MORE AND MORE CHECHEN (PARTICIPANTS AND NOT) WILL BE DETAINED, JAILED AND POSSIBLY EXECUTED. LEAVING LESS AND LESS TO BREED...

Ibn'Umar,
that would be ideal. RF has to be helpful by all means in order to restore normal life in the region, which will be the ultimate key on speeding up the elimination process.

Dear Coalition,
I must submit a point of view to the floor. I believe I have stumbled upon an idea that could be of use to us. We could declare war on the US economy by conducting the systematic kidnapping of all secretaries of Fortune 500 companies. This way, we would cripple the task assigning capabilities of the elite in America. This would also intimidate all likely candidates to fill this position (the assumption would be that the position is dangerous). I would like Fred's viewpoint on this, especially since this is a tactic to paralyze the US economy. We could also manipulate these abductees into supporting our cause!

Suleyman,

Your suggestion is very appealing to the Coalition's economic status. However, the method of it(kiddnapping) could be costly and might lead to US's agression. I belive we aren't prepared for such outcome just yet. I, as a Director of Coalition's Intellegence Service, do not have ANY men for such terr-act at the moment, since all of them are currently "doing time" in Seattle County Correctional Facility.(this info is strickly classified, BTW). My suggestions to You, sir, are:

1)create a project on how destroy US economy with Minister of Economy, Mr. Le Dingue;
2)call the project "down the drain you go, you damn'Yankees"(shorter version is acceptable);
3)hire an outsider(preferably an American) who will help us with our evil master-plan.

Sincirely,
Director.

Mr. Le Dingue,
The floor is open for your comments on economic warfare. Is Russia's climate suitable to grow tobacco in large quantities? In the US, sanctions are being made on domestic farmers and the actual output allowed. This may prove an economic opportunity for us. However, somewhere down the line, American tobacco companies must be dealt with and they'll probably wish to import Russian tobacco at a ridiculously cheap price. My mind is in a frenzy right now thinking about this.
Dimitri,
I cannot think of a shortened version of an operation name. In due time, my creativity will guide me towards a suitable title for our actions. I believe we can find an outsider quite easily. However, we must ensure that this person isn't anyone with an extensively criminal background. The authorities are more apt to watch convicted felons than regular citizens. We'll find a method to make an outsider sympathize our cause. I will notify you of any further developments.
