The arms dealers (such as the U.S.A. & Russia) know they will never sell the best weapons to those countries who try to keep out the ills I mentioned above from coming in to their lands. The commander of French peacekeeping forces in the ethnically-divided Kosovo town of Kosovska Mitrovica says his troops have stopped an ambulance full of arms and ammunition.

General Pierre de Saqui de Sannes said the ambulance driver tried to turn back at a French checkpoint, and overturned the vehicle into a ditch.

The driver managed to escape.

A search of the ambulance revealed ten rocket propelled grenades, nearly two-hundred hand grenades and thousands of rifle and machine gun rounds.
