Ahh, here it comes.............
Igor Ivanov attracted the attention of Alvaro Gil Robles to the problem of human rights in Latvia and Estonia. It was noted with regret that the
Council of Europe is actually inactive in respect of this situation. The High Commissioner was asked to analyse and assess the human rights
situation in these two countries.
Igor Ivanov also noted the absence of any reaction from the Council of Europe to the act of hooliganism in Poznan against the Russian General
Consulate that took place with the direct connivance of the Polish authorities. The Russian Foreign Minister said that in this connection he had canceled his visit to Poland that was scheduled for early March.

Dimitri, doesn't look like much is beong fought over today so I will stir the pot.
Igor I went back to that web site you posted (claiming 60 NATO were lost over Serbia) and I dove a little further into. Once there that site lost any form of credabillity. First if you go to the part that lists off "planes lost" some of them have stuff like see AP story here or see London times stroy here. If you click you do not go to the ap website for the story or london times web site for the story but to an address at xoom where this web site is located. In other words you are not getting the AP story but one from the same guy who designed the this "plane lost" web page. The page is a fraud. Now there was one that said picture of dammaged F-14. Went to the picture also a xoom and laughed. Yea it is a picture of a F-14 but thats just a vapor trail coming off the wing. The picture shows a small stream of what looks like white smoke coming off the very tip of the F-14. Anybody who knows or seen fighter aircraft or other jets knows that is just a vapor trail. I will continue , on another "report" of a downed jet it says read story about this down jet that was in US news and world report. So I clicked, did I go to the US news and world report web site, nope you guessed it another address at xoom. Anyway read the story and it had this line in it....the mig kept coming, Dozer fired again Bingo! Two miles below a fireball erupted. Now I have read US News and World Reports and I will tell yea there is no way at all they would use the world Bingo in that sence. Plus it was not a quote from the pilot. Anyway enougth of this for now.
