All Praise be to Allah Most High who fulfills His promises, who gives victory to His righteous slaves, who defeats His enemies,
and May the Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon the the Final Messenger.

The withdrawal of the Mujahideen from Grozny has proven to be a sign from Allah: Russian forces have been humiliated, they
are a laughing stock of an army, they are dazed and confused, and are still not completely sure about what the situation in
Grozny really is - despite the Mujahideen's withdrawal that was completed three days ago!

Indeed, where were the so-called impenetrable security cordons? Where was the so-called meticulous and well-planned siege
of the city? Where were Russia's 100,000 soldiers who were surrounding Grozny? Where was all of Russia's armada of
modern weapons? Indeed, what became of the boisterous claims that all of the Mujahideen in the capital were going to be
killed? Where were Russia's Jet fighters, tanks, artillery and machine guns? how did they fail to stop the Mujahideen from
withdrawing?

May everyone come to realize that it was none other than Allah Most High who ensured that a small group of 3,000
Mujahideen remained steadfast in the face of more than 100,000 Russian soldiers, and that the Mujahideen humiliated their
enemies by weakening them, and by withdrawing from Grozny with little difficulty! After all:

* It was none other than Allah Most Glorious, who ensured that His faithful slaves persevered in the face of this tyrannical
horde of 100,000 infidels for more than three months!

* All Praise be to Allah, it was only 3,000 Mujahideen who blunted more than 100,000 of their enemies and crushed all
attempts to capture the capital!

* It was only 3,000 Mujahideen who killed nearly 2,700 Russian soldiers, wounded and captured more than 5,000, destroyed
112 vehicles and shot down 8 aircraft! .

*It was but a small number of Mujahideen, whose fire power was limited to a collection of small arms, who succeeded in
capturing several generals and high ranking officers!

* It was only 3,000 Mujahideen who withdrew from under the noses of the Russian military and its supposedly unbreakable
siege that comprised of three layers of cordons and defences! A withdrawal that also saw the Mujahideen pickup a few 'guests'
along the way, including a Russian general and several high ranking officers.

According to the science of military logic, what the Mujahideen achieved would have been considered impossible. Indeed,
according to human logic, what the Mujahideen succeeded in doing would have defied imagination. However, according to the
logic of the book of Allah, the Holy Quran, it is the Will of Allah that is supreme, no matter how baffling that may be to the
enemies of Islam: "How many a little company hath overcome a mighty host by Allah's leave! Indeed Allah is with the
steadfast " [Quran 2:249] and "Verily, His Command, when He intends a thing, is only that He says to it "Be!" - and it
is! " [Quran 36:82] Indeed, the infidel Russian Forces cannot withstand the Will of Allah, for Allah Most High humiliated the
Russians, wakened them, and turned them into a laughing stock by enabling the Mujahideen to withdraw from right in front of
200,000 Russian eyes. The defeat, weakness and inability of the Russians was manifested in the following ways:

1. The main reason for the withdrawal was the need to safeguard the lives of the innocent civilians who could no longer
withstand the increasingly severe bombardment, and the limited stocks of ammunition available to the Mujahideen Had it not
been for the obligation to protect the civilian population, the Mujahideen would have remained in Grozny indefinitely.

2. Russian forces never succeeded in moving into Grozny despite their overwhelming superiority in numbers and fire power. IN
FACT, UNTIL THIS VERY MOMENT, RUSSIAN FORCES ARE TERRIFIED ABOUT MOVING DEEPER
INTO GROZNY FOR FEAR THAT THE MUJAHIDEEN MIGHT RETURN TO CRUSH THEM.

3. The Mujahideen conducted an orderly and successful withdrawal from Grozny despite the massive presence of Russian
Units, and the extensive siege works that included several deep layers of defensive preparation and mine fields. One unit of the
Mujahideen was caught in a minefield and a number of Mujahideen were killed and several others wounded. May Allah accept
the dead as Martyrs and may He hasten the recovery of the wounded.

4. The withdrawal of the Mujahideen from Grozny is an ominous sign for the Russian Military, and signals the turning point of a
more difficult war for them, as recently stated by a Russian Officer.

5. The Mujahideen's goals in Grozny have been fulfilled. For several months, the Mujahideen successfully crushed Russian
attacks against the city, and the enemy was forced to sustain massive casualties, including nearly 2,700 dead, 5,000 injured,
and many others who were captured. The weakening of the enemy was an important victory in itself.

6. The Russian Defence Minister continues to insist that the Mujahideen remain in Grozny! This statement is being made in a
desperate attempt to conceal the humiliation of the Russian Military. Undoubtedly, the Russians will prepare a theatrical
performance over the next few days in the capital to try and show the world that they won Grozny through their own efforts.
The world will not be fooled, just as it was not fooled when pro-Moscow mercenaries posed as Mujahideen surrendering to
Russian Forces last week. We remind all brothers that this withdrawal was a success for the Mujahideen and for all Muslims,
and that evacuating Grozny is similar to the withdrawal of The Prophet's Companions who were led by The Sword of Allah,
Khalid bin Waleed, from the Battle of Mu'ta. In this latter battle, 3,000 Mujahideen faced down 200,000 men of the Imperial
Roman Army under the command of Hercules, the Mujahideen caused havoc amongst the enemy before withdrawing at the
right time. At Mu'ta, and at Grozny, the withdrawal was part of intelligent manoeuvring and not fleeing away from battle. And,
in Grozny, as was the case in Mu'ta, the Mujahideen will return, by the Will of Allah, to bring the Victory of Allah to the
Muslims and the to the world. Allah the Most Perfect in Wisdom said: " Jihad is ordained for you (Muslims) though you
dislike it, and it may be that you dislike a thing which is good for you and that you like a thing which is bad for you.
Allah knows but you do not know. " [Quran 2: 216]
