It really never was. Let's face it. If Chechen rebels care for their country and people they must surrender or flee. They should not use villages as shields. Rebels started this war and lost. Sometimes there is no need to wait for a checkmate. The best thing for them is to pick their stuff and move for Afghanistan. Would not you agree?
