First, regarding Serbian troops in Chechnia. We are already there. It is interesting for our officers to help and gain more experience. And we should have been more present there, it could have been easier for Russian Army since our special forces battled with Islamic fanatics and Nato instructors in all possible circumstances.

Second, about future of Serbia and Yugoslavia. Unfortunately, we are under much more pressure than Russia. We exactly see (there are no doubts about it) methods CIA is using, media war effects, propaganda, we know which politicians are corrupted by America. We don't expect anything good from the USA so we have to create our policy accordingly. But, during the last war we felt alone. We were alone fighting with 19 supermodern countries. And we are looking every future oportunity that we fight again. If anything happens in the world that might help our cause, we are starting liberation actions and cleaning enemy. There is an initiative that we join Union of Russia and Belorussia. We are waiting for these two countries to decide upon this idea. It is dark right now, but learning from our history, I see the light in the end of this tunnel. And Babilon was famous and very powerful, but disappeared like it never existed.

Bosnian Serb Zoran Vukovic guilty to  charges of systematic and organized rape of Moslem women and  girls in 1992 in Foca, a town in southeastern Bosnia. According  to prosecutors, Vukovic was a paramilitary leader who  participated in the Serb takeover of Foca in April-May 1992. He  is accused of crimes against humanity for rape and gang rape of  Moslem women. He allegedly told some of them they were to have  Serb babies. Vukovic is one of seven Bosnian Serbs charged with  systematic rapes in Foca. Two of them are to go on trial on  March 20. Prosecutors will request that Vukovic be tried with  them in a joint trial.

38 Sri Lankans Arrested In Russia's Northern Caucasus
