Christian and orthodox are not gullible at the point to beleive that. They are just not stupid enough to think that. It's a real middleageous point of view.

Yeah! Maybe they reinvent their religion to fit
the times (for instance embracing homosexuality
and women in their priesthood)...a "politically
correct" RELIGION, forsooth!
...the sad thing is that they have been so way-
laid in their beliefs they cannot see what the
original message was ... it is said the
biggest losers are those who think that they are
going to get a reward, while they really are
losers in this world and the hereafter...

WHAT THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND IS THAT GOD IS
UNCHANGING AND HIS LAWS ARE TO BE OBEYED, NOT
TRANSGRESSED AT ONE'S CONVENIENCE - MAN'S NATURE
HAS NOT CHANGED, SO WHY SHOULD THE RULES BY WHICH
MAN IS TO BE RULED AND JUDGED BE CHANGED, ESPECIALLY BY THOSE WHO DON'T KNOW ANY BETTER!?

BY WHAT AUTHORITY DO YOU CHANGE THE LAWS THAT GOD
GAVE YOU, CHRISTIANS, ESPECIALLY THE TEN
COMMANDMENTS!? OBEYING PAUL'S FANTASIES IS A SAD
REASON TO GO TO ETERNAL HELLFIRE!!!

You know, for christians, the new testament is more important than the ancient.
The ancient testament is seen rather like a chronology than a serie of example or rule of behavior to follow.
You can compare it to the greek mythology.
Fortunately because I agree with you that it's sometimes perverted.
One can find a certain pride in killing a maximum of ennemies more than sexual hot spots.
You also picked out the hotest in a verry large amount of paragraphs.

Just a question like that, if I'm not stupid,
what if kurds and chechens alied to fight against your country?"""

I am not the one who bends the principles to suit himself. Every nation has a right to independence, be it Chechens or Kurds. As a muslim, I am not a nationalist, and believe in the brotherhood of nations.

I'm also looking for my cat, called muljer-herding, he's a bit confused but he's quite harmless.

Contact me if you find any of them, thanks.

"""On Friday, Ovchinnikov, the ousted general, gave a downbeat assessment of the war. He advised that even when Grozny falls, occupation forces will come under threat. "I fully realize the difficulties these troops will encounter. The main threats will come from international terrorism," he said. "Mercenaries will try to cross the border and carry out subversive operations against army detachments and units of the internal troops."""

Why Russia does not like truth to be known?

Truth is liberating. To do the right thing, someone need to know the truth. If the truth is that Russia can not this war, the correct thing to do is to pull Russian troops out of Chechnya, and negotiate with the Chechen government.

New Testament Contradictions

. Why do only Matthew and Luke know of the virgin birth?
Of all the writers of the New Testament, only Matthew and Luke mention the virgin birth. Had something as miraculous as the virgin birth actually occurred, one would expect that Mark and John would have at least mentioned it in their efforts to convince the world that Jesus was who they were claiming him to be.

The apostle Paul never mentions the virgin birth, even though it would have strengthened his arguments in several places. Instead, where Paul does refer to Jesus' birth, he says that Jesus "was born of the seed of David" (Romans 1:3) and was "born of a woman," not a virgin (Galatians 4:4).
