"The future the United States government feared is here sooner than it expected," said Diane F. Orentlicher, the director of the War Crimes Research Office at American University's Washington College of Law.
"The United States has been almost obsessively afraid of how an international criminal court will act with regard to American soldiers," she added, "and now it turns out by this unforeseen turn of history that the international tribunal for Yugoslavia has that jurisdiction."
Officials of the tribunal, in The Hague, completed an internal report in late December that was a legal analysis of the possibility that the NATO allies had committed war crimes during their 78-day campaign against Yugoslavia.
LOCC,
he can't possibly be lookin' for a hoe, cuz he is a hoe himself 🙂
DIMA
DON'T FORGET THAT HE IS A TRANSSEXUAL!!!(if you remember he also used nickname JENNY FLEX...hmmmm???!!!)
🙂 SO THERE IS NO PROBLEM FOR HIM
WASSUP JENNY, MY MUSLIM "FRIEND" GYOTBULLAH IS INTERESTED, HE ASKED WHAT DO YOU CHARGE FOR 1 NIGHT. MY PIMPING GOES WELL, I'M GONNA MAKE SOME PROFITS HERE...HAHAHAHA
Dimitri,
First off, let me clear one thing up. When I mentioned the "breaking of bread" it was said in the "cold war" attitude AND against my former enemy, the Soviet soldier. Times have changed and I have a better understanding of him now. As far as I'm aware, I never asked fellow friends stationed where I was their backgrounds. If they were Russian, I never knew and had I, it wouldn't have mattered. A hypocrite? Nope, you took that outta context. Russians on "that" side of the wall felt the same during that era. Agrue if you need to but that's what I meant.
I don't acknowledge Roger because in my book he's just an idiot, pure and simple. Nuff said about that.
caucasian:
i have a macintosh comp w/an awesome search device
called SHERLOCK and i couldnt find any reference
to roger m.'s christian coalition foundation (ccf)
either. had it been there, the mighty SHERLOCK
woulda found it.
but here we are, running searches, talking about
him, giving that jackass plenty of page time,
which ultimately must be his whole point in being
here.
hey, matthesson, go get a pizza, or a girlfriend,
or a change of underwear, why don'tcha.
you couldn't handle kissie anyway...which aint to
say she'd ever, EVER stoop so low. (shudder)
Bones,
what can I say..well said, my man
How I wish that in order to get to this message board one would have to take IQ test. Nothing special, questions like "what is five plus five?", "do you know that Mexico is not in Europe?"...
ONE OF THE BEST MOVIES I EVER SAW.
Bones,
sorry to get you upset, but really my messages were addressed to matthesson, meaning I wasn't talking to equal. I was simply teasing him and certainly didn't express my real attitude to American aid to Russia. After all it's being taken from my paychecks too :o)
"...be rude but if this is the only way ta keep ya fed..."
Actually it was pretty rude and didn't reflect the actual picture.
Soviet Star
Looky, looky...I guess the Russians aren't much different than us Americans when it comes to certain things. Comments Igor?

I wonder how many conscripts are gonna die for this and Putin's election win.
Don't confuse this with the battle on terrorism. Terrorist have to die too but there are OTHER factors, whether you wish to acknowledge them or not.
Question: Is Putin's election win hinged on a win in Chechnya? And for arguement/discussion sake, what happens if he wins the election but the war takes a drastic turn for the worse. Can't see it happening except for lots of casualties, but...
