I am not sure you understood everything in X's message. What X says is very interesting (X j'esper tu n'object pas): His wife's parents had to leave Egypt because of the persecutions at the times of Naser. They moved to Lebanon, than she had to leave there because of the Lebanese muslim fanatics. And I am pretty sure that her parents or grand parents before settling in Egypt had to run from Turks in the beginning of the century. Thank God she lives happily now in Quebec...
