THX,
Since you brought up the "contribution" subject.. I have asked you what did you contribute in regards to the actual topic of the board. Still I got no responce, in spite of the fact that you had time to post something unrelated (but indeed important)today. Or was I being [too] rude to you while asking you the first time? [not sarcastic at all]

THX
"Antonio's and Igor's posts, as well as the long posts from the Islamics and Chechen sympathizers provide the DMS board with a compilation of interesting information that make the board reading. "

For whom? Antonio's post may be interesting but not to those who chose the War in Chechneya as a subject.
Igor takes a lot of place too thought not as much as Antonio recentely, but he always post something conected with the board's question.

"if people re too lazy to look back into the archives..." it's because it takes already up to half an hour if no more to read carefuly averything on this page. Personaly, I made the effort to look in the previous messages when Antonio overposted but I was nevertheless upset it cut the flow of ideas. I mean the general idea of this board.
Imagine one moment a new visitor who come here to get further information on Chechenya and find the full version, fortunately not in latin, of the decree of the Council of Trente...
The person will possibly think he/she clicked on a wrong link and certainely will not want to go to the archive to read more things of the like.

L'menext, please LOL!

BARNSCHWEIN

Where are those receipes? If your done giving orders, how about going back to being the dumb waiter that you are and start taking some of our orders? Make mine a corned beef and swiss on light rye, little extra sharp mustard. Not to worry, you can take the holes from my swiss cheese to match the other ones in your head.

HI KIMMIE:

I'm feeling SOOO hungry, lonely, helpless, defenseless yet irretable today. Must be PMS. Other than that I'm feeling well. How are things with you and yours? Are you staying cool with all this wonderful European heat?

Very interesting page! Igor. Very instructive for whom who want to comprehend the situation in Chechenya. It helps understand many things.
Note the date: two years ago.
Here the extracts that struck me most (my personal cut&paste) :

THE JULY 15, 1998
ADDRESS OF ASLAN MASKHADOV
OVER THE REPUBLICAN TELEVISION
(as quoted by A-Kaf in October 1998)

I have always said: Don't speak about Wahhabism, don't divide the religion. They are Moslems, too. They are searching for their own road in faith..... But I must admit today that we have the Wahhabite ideology, which is turning our young people into robots and polluting their minds.
...
This ideology has been implanted artificially. It is being implanted and spread by our enemies and Jews..... The Wahhabis opened their mosques and courses before the war. And we know about this. This trend also continued during the war.
...
Second, the young boys are told that the religion preached in Chechnya is not the true religion of the Allah.
...
We have always been proud that we are Chechens. But today we are told: "Don't say you are Chechens. Don't say you are the Chechen state." They want to rob us of the religion of our fathers, our sheiks and our holy teachers. They want to rob us of our customs and traditions, the adat. But they will never manage to do this.
...
They are dissatisfied even when we say "the Chechen Islamic state," they want us to say "the Islamic state." They say that the president, parliament and muftis are nothing. That everything must rest in the hands of the emir. Mind you, the emir who would be sent to us from some other state and who would not be a Chechen at that. They say we must listen only to him.
...
One more thing. They come from the Arab countries, claiming to be theologians. They take the Koran translated by Krachkovsky and find provisions in it that allow the kidnapping of people, be they journalists or anyone else. They tell this to their followers. They say that people can be sold, or released for ransom. They are responsible for all those kidnappings, which have made us infamous throughout the world.
...
Moreover, their calls for an immediate war in Daghestan
...
I radioed the man who commanded one of the sides in the fighting and told him that Shariah considered him a criminal and the guilty party, and that he had no right to use armed people to resolve internal tensions before the Shariah court made its decision. I ordered him to retreat and to stop fighting. I told him: "You have come from Jordan and you have no mercy on Chechens, but we must spare them. Stop fighting." He didn't listen, he didn't comply. I told him again that he violated the law of the state and ordered him to stop fighting and to retreat. He didn't listen again. The fighting grew in scale, with ever more forces joining it
