I don't deny the crimes and the ethnic cleansing by albanian kosovars under Kfor eyes. But Milosevic is (also) responsible. He was there before Nato after all.
He is responsible for the cause of the Nato agression on his land as to know, the half million poeple who fled kosovo BEFORE nato's first bomb drop.

I didn't read the Rambouillet agreement (too long).
Did he have to let the KFOR in all Serbia?
I don't remember if the Kfor intended to go in all Serbia. If it's written so in the Rambouillet agreement, please, let me know.
As far as kosovo is concerned, I would say yes.
Especialy now, that the Kfor IS in Kosovo.
The Serbian army was in no match with Nato and couldn't rely on Russia or China armed support.
In this case it was irresponsible to stand against Nato's will.
Is Nato right? Let's say no. It doesn't mean that Milosevic is right.
