Igor, as I had previously stated to you, "authorities could only accuse Gusinsky's company of being critical of the Kremlin and of Putin." I still strongly believe that the true objective was to arrest him under the guise of his committing fraud while all along the true objective was to silence his broadcasting and therefore, surpress "FREEDOM of the PRESS." If that was not the case, he would now be in a St. Petersberg court of law awaiting his faith.
