my understanding is he recently moved to jordan
from the UAE.
a certain queen of the world has also conjectured
that more than one person appears from that
address as Allam. sounds good to me.

Mr. Milosevic was elected President of Yugoslavia on July 15, 1997. His mandate commenced on July 23, 1997, by giving an Oath of Office before the Joint Session of the Federal Assembly.

Impossible to surf on serbian sites. Dead slow.
I couldn't find nowhere the date of the next presidential election in Yugoslavia

Gonzo, If you want to know; you can write to him (Milosevic) he will tell you. After all it's him who decide.
This is Milo's personal e-mail (serious)

Slobodan.Milosevic@gov.yu

Igor,
if you know please tell us!
