Hi,Dimitri,
you I have time for.
You're right I can't imagine anything so organised
going on in Moscow or anywhere for that matter.
And I wouldn't use Lithuania as an example, unless we were talking about the baltics.
No disrespect to Igor, but I simply can't believe that unless there is more concrete evidence.
I probably just don't want to believe that anyone could do that in the 21st centuary
There is also the article's emphasis on the fact that Chechnians have in History been known to do such things and the fact that it is on a Russian Ministery website. Most of the biggest lies are based on an element of truth. Take Anti-semitism for instance. If kissie does in fact know more about this, I hope she will be kind enough to put me straight.
Regards kidnappings yes that I believe, but people "sold into the slave trade, forced to forget their past and to become muslims"-hum????????????
Kim
PS remind me, who is ms Robinson again. No it doesn't seem the press are getting anywhere near this one. I was just wondering if there were any reports from other sources. Intelligence type stuff?
by all american:
"""Its of no interest to us - All we care about is you Rooskies continuing the expensive course into this quagmire. """
us????who's "us", dummy? You and you good companion you Right Hand? lolol..now you sound desperate, speaking for the nation..how pathetic, but I shoulda expected that form you..lol..ma'bad..hehe..
Hi, Kim, Dimitry!
Kim, glad, You liked Gen. Griffin's words.:o)) You mentioned Red Cross. Nowhere on tapes I've seen any Red Cross vehicle, that reminds me of one interview of an Oxfam rep. in which he said the org. wasn't going to send anyone to Chechnia for the time being due possible dangers to their people. Besides, Red Cross remembers what had happened to their crew there the previous time. As to the elections, I think, the "whole" official Europe was there, heh.
Kim,
one thing you're right about is that there could be tons of BS based on a tiny-puni bit of truth. It is great that Western and Central Europe doesn't not experience such activities, but when it comes to Russia, it doesn't surprise me a bit. The sad thing is that the kiddnappings are quiet often are being done with the help of..Russian citizens. Sad, but..what nation doesn't have greedy people? Unfortunately I don't have an independent source to confirm..at least not yet*grin*. It'll be good for us to talk about it if we have some kinda facts that are independently confirmed.
As per Mary Robinson - she is a High Commissioner on Human Rights envoy for Red Cross who's about to go on her North Caucasus journey, accompanied by one of the Russian Ministers.
Always Yours
D.
What's the "All American"'s rank with the Air Sh.t 'n Dust Force, a Staff Tomcamel"blower"?
hi, Kissie 🙂
mo'like "suck'n'blow-errr"..
Ah-h. Slave trade. Really happened with Ingushetia having been a delivery route. There were "specialised" gangs, like a chain. Don't be misled, though, - slave trade immediately invokes Middle Passage horror stories - the present matter doesn't match that scale, but the fact remains. In the clan culture men do not work, all the work is done by women, so "we" need slaves. 21st Century? Look at Sudan, for instance, for the Northern Sudan it's common business.
Kisako (aka pussie),
Do you still think the immoral Ruskie commies have a chance of "wiping" out the remaining rebel "bands" (which they claimed would be all "wiped out" by the end of February)? You seem kind of quiet after a string of deadly ambushes into the heart of Ruskie propaganda machine, which by the way has the whole of Russia wondering what went wrong? Any comments dare to say...
>> Look at Sudan, for instance, for the Northern
Sudan it's common business.<<
Actually the Southern part of Sudan is more impoverished (as it is "cut" of from the northern part in terms of economic aid that is reaching there) and the Slave trade is a "common business."
Look at the facts 'fore making biased and totally inaccurate judgements!
thank you, Kissie. I suspected that Igor's post about slave trade might be very valid (even though it was taken from Russian site - Infocentre.com).
there, Kim-san..sad, but true.
Dimitri
>> "look and the mirror..."<<
That's the oldest and lamest joke I've ever heard!
Wow! I'm so ugly...lol..haha.

>>It has occured to me, why the discussion on this board so rarely touches the conflict in Chechnia...<<
Well like I said...these pathetic commies are being humiliated in Chechnya and the war is dragging on. The frustration on their part is clear and its obvious they want to focus on "other things."
