I see the Kremlin has said they are going to change tactics in dealing with the Chechen hit and run tactics. They said they might clear away forrest in order to deprive the Chechens of hideing places. Hey doesn't the US have some left over agent-orange from Vietnam.

Igor - use whatever bombs you want, you will NEVER escape from the reality that bankrupt moribund Russia is a pathetic nation full of a population that is dying slowly and painfully....

You know whats worse than death? sheer and utter hoplessness. This is what your corrupt terrorist Russian politicians have condemed their nation too.

Welcome to hell. Welcome to Russia

The United States has been clear in criticizing Russia for its military campaign in Chechnya and has not endorsed Acting President Vladimir Putin,
* RF hasn't "endorsed" neither Clinton, nor Albright.
In response to allegations that the US government is reluctant to speak out on Chechnya to avoid damaging prospects for arms control,
* What arms control? If nukes - it's another story; if conventional - the US are #1 in weapons exports. If retaining the existing US markets - it's a third story.
"No matter what agreements we seek on other issues," Albright said, the United States must make Russia see that its war in Chechnya "must be resolve by political, not military means."
* the United States must make Russia see ... (Champagne excess or something more complicated.) Silly, but works on an unsuspecting public.

Dimitry, nothing. There was a suspicious video on Komsomolskoye, though.

Kasako, As far as arms control its about the nukes. Conventional weapons are not on the table.

Still, Gonzo, I can't see any connection of the Chechen operation to the nukes issue.
