country in the world. It's real life, real feelings, yeah, & real sufferings too. It's a constant fight but also a sincere compassion that you will not find anywhere else in the world. Those who call Russia a beggar nation totally miss the point. West is prosperous but it's DEAD. So does Middle & Far East. People see people less & less - they are more like robots - either consuming or religious fanatics. Russia is the only chance for our mainkind to stay humane & not faceless. But the world is going to miss this chance... The Chechen war is a tragedy, but not the worst in Russian history; & less than it would be if the other side rose the upper hand.

If a bunch of aliens descend on out planet by which country (if one) would you recommend them to limit their choice to get the most deep aprehension of our life - even the worst Anti-Russianists of you 🙂 - certainly not USA, China, Japan or even Greece, Egypt, France. The leadership of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) conducts secrete negotiations with Maskhadov behind the back of Russia. The text of the telephone conversation of the PACE head Lord Russel-Johnston with Maskhadov was cited by Russian presidential aide Sergei Yastrzhembsky at a briefing in the Russian Information Centre.


As a matter of fact it concerned, in a camouflaged form, the support of Maskhadov, the man who is guilty of kidnapping people, including citizens of Great Britain, pointed out the presidential aide. According to him, the conversation between Johnston and Maskhadov testifies to the attempts of stopping the counter-terrorist operation in the Chechen Republic.


During their conversation Maskhadov expressed gratitude to Lord Russel-Johnston for the PACE's position in the Chechen question and proposed that the PACE head should visit Chechnya. According to him, any information not coming from Maskhadov, including the Kavkaz Centre web sites in the Internet, are a provocation.


Lord Russel Johnston said to Maskhadov that he was ready to render him aid, though he was forced to conduct negotiations with the official Russian leadership. The PACE head complained of the international tension in this question. He also advised Maskhadov to release several prisoners of war as an act of goodwill and to assist meeting with him.


In conclusion of their conversation, Maskhadov thanked Lord Russel. In his turn, the lord assured Maskhadov that he would continue to maintain contacts with him.


"It is clear now how the PACE took a decision about excluding Russia from the Council of Europe," said Sergei Yastrzhembsky.

Iran is consistently for non-interference from outside in the Chechen issue and regards it Russia's domestic affair, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Russia Mehdi Safari told journalists today.


He said that the entire policy of Iran "with regard to all countries, including Russia, is built on the basis of independence, mutual respect and non-interference in the internal affairs. One principle of such foreign policy is "non-acceptance of any kind of terror and terrorism, state terrorism in particular. One proof of this principle is our position towards the Chechen problem", the Ambassador said. "Everybody has actually seen that, contrary to the pressure of the Islamic world on Iran as co-chairman of the Organisation of the Islamic Conference, we have declared that the Chechen problem is an internal affair of Russia and outside interference is inadmissible".


Simultaneously, Mr.Mehdi Safari said that Iran is certainly worried over the fate of the peaceful Muslim population of Chechnya and he would like the Chechen problem to be resolved in favour of peace very soon. He said that Iran is rendering humanitarian aide to the population of Chechnya by air and overland routes via Georgia and Daghestan.

Russian media seems happy as they think that Basayev has died!! First of all, Basayev is still alive, and may Allah keeps him in a good health.

The case of Chechneya is not a case of one person, it is the case of an Islamic nation, and in fact it is the case of all muslims. Chechneya has sacrificed a great deal of men to obtain its indepnedence, Basayev, the grand father, Sheikh Mansour, Gohar Duwadiv and his son, Salman Ibn Rado, the captivated Lion ( may Allah set him free ), and more and more.

Chechneya is a country that will never stop giving birth to great men. I do not think the whole history of Russia contains some men like Basayev, Salman Ibn Rado, Dawadiv or Maskhadov. No, Russia can only have men like Stalin or Linen, the true garbage of human thought.

More than 9 months and the great, big and modern russian army could not defeat the Mujahedeen and by Allah's leave, they wont defeat them. Air strikes, tanks, artilery and missiles, but it did not work. The Mujahedeen are still fighting and the posts in their web page show a great deal of hope and determination.

One month ago, a russian officer raped and killed a chechneyan girl, the mujahedeen asked the russian authority to hand this man to them, but the russians did not agree. The mujahedeen threatened to kill 9 of the captives they have if they did not get that russina raper and killer, but there was no respond from the russian side. The mujahedeen fullfiled their promise and killed the 9 captives in the due time. Those men are brave and they do not fear any one but Allah.

This big russian country with all its weapons, bloody history and fake media will never scare a muslim fighter. In an interview with some russian soliders, they were asked about their opinion about the chechneyan fighters, some russian soliders stated that chechenyan fighters must be taking drugs to fight in such a way !!!!!!!!!

Look at the defeated spirit, look at the destructed soul, DRUGS, yes that is the reason of braveness!!!!! Braveness is not something you can obtain by drug or Fodka, no, it is something you can only obtain if you have the right belief and if you fight for precious and true thing not for the glory of a love son -Putin-.
