Igor, it is clear that you have no idea about the meaning of 1300 sq meters. Just to give you an idea it is equivalent to (13 m) x (100 m) , or (26 m ) x (50 m) area.

My house has 4 bedroom (master bedroom with ensuite), 1 study room, 1 family room, 1 living room, 1 dining room, 1 rumpus room, 2 bathrooms, 1 laundry/ironing room, 1 storage room, plus kitchen and seperate meals area. It is around 350 m square.

My questioning has nothing to do with jealosy as HM suggested. 1300 m square just did not make sense, and I was right, you just don't know much about measurements.

I wish to clear up the size of the house it is 3800 sqare feet plus the basement is about the same and a two car garage .It has three large bedrooms,2 car garage and about 80-90 large 100ft plus hardwoods in the backyard.As far as conversions go you guys can do that yourselfs.That I guess ends the discussion on the house.I couple of inches .Correct me if I am wrong.thought that 1 meter =appr 3feet+ couple of inches.Correct me if I am wrong.
