The Russian Mothers Association or whatever it was, claimed LAST MONTH that "OVER 600 RUSSIAN SOLDIERS HAVE BEEN KILLED." Many more have died since then. The truth will come out once this war ends.

says something like "we dont want to destabilize

military superpower. Yes it's extremely poor country but military superpower. And that's all.

"How can they do ..." remain the words. It was
very similar situation in Kosovo nobody
begged Mr.Miloshevich to cease genocide too long(there was
no genocide to tell the truth, it was invented by Western mass media). Yugo is not Russia. No one

And returning to what I started from all that OCSE

If you want justification of civilian deaths, here is the one. Maskhadov uses civilians to build fortifications around Grozniy. So, the more civilians are killed there - the less fortifications will be built. Following logic NATO used in Yugoslavia, civilians are legitimate military target.
