"He again charged the Texas governor's plan to partially privatize Social Security did not add up and would result in the federal retirement system going bankrupt or being forced to reduce benefits.

``You know what you call that?'' Gore said, leading the crowd in cries of ``fuzzy math.''

He recalled that Bush, when asked at the debate if much of his tax cut would actually go to the richest one percent of the population, replied, ``Of course.''

Gore then said pointedly, drawing more cheering from the crowd, ``When people ask me if I'm going to fight for working men and women, that is when I say, 'Of course.'''"

LOOOOOOL!!! BUSH JR. I THINK YOU LOST.. LOOOOOL!! NOW STEP ASIDE.. LMAO!!!!

I had three posts on the Serb Speakers Corner, all non controversial, and they deleted all of them. What a bunch of bull.Nikolovs Bulgarian Forum is more tolerant. The link to this forum was lost in hundreds of bookmarks.I'm gonna have to put them in folders as a webpage so I can find them and click. How's everyone else doing after the big dissapointment?I was to the Chechen site and they were supporting their brothers over the bombing of the Cole.I sent them off some e-mail with my views.I predicted the Muslims to be restless after NATO supporting them by bombing Jugo. After that it seems like they went wacky worldwide.

THAT WOULD BE GOOD. A VIDEO OF THOSE TERRORIST SCUM. LOL. INSTEAD OF INVITING A LOT OF UNWANTED GUEST FROM SERBIAN CAFE, LETS GET THE KAVKAZ.ORG WEBISTE/EMAIL-POST SHUTDOWN, SO THEY CAN STOP SPREADING THEIR PROPAGANDA TO OTHER MUSLIMS. IF WE DO THIS, WE EVEN MIGHT END UP SAVING RUSSIAN SOLDIERS LIVES BY PREVENTING THOSE MUSLIMS FROM SPREADING LIES TO OTHERS, AND GETTING THOSE OTHERS TO JOIN IN CHECHNYA AGAINST THE RUSSIANS AS MERCENARIES. IT CAN BE DONE!!

Khusen Aliyev, a 36-year-old active participant in both Chechen campaigns, was arrested in Chechnya's neighbouring republic of Ingushetia last night.

According to Madina Khadziyeva, who heads the press service at the Ingush Interior Ministry, the militant, who carried a machine-gun and two grenades, was arrested during a special operation in the village of Asyr-Kort, Nazran district. According to the Interior Ministry's information, Aliyev used to be a member of a detachment headed by Chechnya's notorious field commander Ruslan Khaikhoroyev and held the rank of captain.

Aliyev, who was wanted for committing a series of grave crimes since the first Chechen war, has been charged with several murders and cases of abduction, Khadziyeva added.

The last crime committed by the militant was the murder of two Krasnodar residents, Fateyev and Yakovina, who had travelled to Ingushetia to purchase a car earlier this year. According to Khadziyeva, another charge brought up against Aliyev concerns an armed attack against an Ossetian-Ingush roadblock in October of 1998, which brought about the death of five Ossetian militiamen.

"Russians Fear Move away from Democracy but Support Putin

MOSCOW, Oct 19, 2000 -- (Agence France Presse) Russians fear that their country is turning its back on the democratic freedoms won after the collapse of the Soviet Union, but continue to support President Vladimir Putin, a poll showed Thursday.

Nearly 40 percent of those interviewed by the ROMIR polling institute believe that Russia is not a democratic country and a third are concerned about a slide towards authoritarianism.

Putin, 48, a former KGB colonel who was elected as president in March, continues to enjoy high poll ratings according to the survey, which quizzed 2,000 people nationwide in September.

Fifty-six percent of respondents said they approved of Putin's policies, with 14.4 percent dissatisfied.

But the survey also showed 37.4 percent of respondents believed that Russia was not a democratic country, against 27.8 percent who did and 34.8 percent who expressed no opinion.

Elections in Russia are not free and fair, according to 52.6 percent of the respondents.

At the same time, 33.6 percent of those interviewed said that Russia, which had been moving towards democracy after more than 70 years of totalitarian Communism, is sinking once again into authoritarianism.

This was denied by 22.7 percent, while 43.7 percent expressed no view."

GOOD, ANYTHING BUT THAT STINKING DEMOCRACY. I THINK THIS AUTHORITARIANISM IS AS GOOD AS THE COMMUNIST TOTALITARIANISM OR STALINISM. HOWEVER, THIS ONE MAN RULE APPROACH IS THE SAME AS MINE AT DMS, WHICH YOU GUYS DISLIKED YESTERDAY IF I RECALL. HEHE. BUT, I AM STILL GLAD TO SAY THAT HE IS THE DICTATOR, BRINGING BACK THAT OLD FEELING OF SOCIALISM. NOW IF HE CAN JUST GET ALL THE GOVT. OFFICIALS, POLICE, TAX PAYERS AND COLLECTORS, BUSINESSES, ETC ETC. TO WORK TOGETHER. I WOULD BE HAPPIER.
